Roche Goes to Town

Roche Goes to Town

For the second year, Roche, in partnership with the North Jersey Regional Chamber of Commerce/Clifton Economic Development Assistance Commission (CEDAC) and the Nutley Chamber of Commerce, is launching a new initiative, “Roche Goes to Town,” which encourages its 2,000 Nutley-based employees to support local businesses in Nutley and Clifton, New Jersey. The program is designed to stimulate local economic activity and encourage employees to build a deeper connection with the communities in which they work.

Roche will provide each of its full-time employees with $25 in “Roche Dollars” to spend at local merchants from September 19 through October 9. The businesses will then be reimbursed by Roche with U.S. currency. Participating businesses display posters in their storefront windows, so they are easily identifiable to Roche employees.

Roche Goes to Town is a great opportunity to partner with local businesses and raise employee awareness of the many wonderful establishments in the area. Roche is deeply dedicated to the communities in which it does business, especially the two towns we call "home".
