Application Process
Grant requests are accepted electronically through www.Rochegrants.com from United States-based, non-profit, charitable organizations on a rolling basis throughout the calendar year. Requests are reviewed and acknowledged within 45-60 days of submission.
If you are a charitable organization and wish to apply for funding consideration, please go to www.Rochegrants.com where you will be required to register your organization. When submitting your request, click on the Charitable/Sponsorship/Corporate Membership link and follow the instructions. You will be required to upload the following documents along with your application.
* Line-Item budget reflecting requested program total budget
* Project and/or Agency supporting materials (if applicable)
* W-9 or IRS 501 (c) (3) Determination Letter
* Most recent audited financial statement
* Most recent Annual Report
* Most recent list of Board of Trustees
* Assessment and Evaluation plan
